A 40-year-old man from Kumanovo was arrested yesterday after police determined that he was driving a vehicle without having passed a driving test.
“On 19.06.2026 at 09:05 a.m. on ‘Treta Makedonska Udarna Brigada’ Boulevard in Kumanovo, police officers from the Kumanovo Police Department deprived B.A. (40) from Kumanovo of his liberty,” the Ministry of Interior said.
According to police, during a traffic control, officers stopped a Renault passenger vehicle with Kumanovo registration plates driven by B.A. After checks were carried out, it was established that he was operating the vehicle without having passed a driving test.
“Following instructions from a public prosecutor, he was taken to a police station and the vehicle was seized,” the Kumanovo Police Department added.
After the case is fully documented, an appropriate criminal complaint will be filed against B.A., the statement said.
