A 40-year-old man from Kumanovo was detained last night following a report that he had physically assaulted his wife in their family home.
“On June 3, 2026, at 7:25 p.m., police officers from the Kumanovo Police Department deprived M.M. (40) from Kumanovo of his liberty, acting upon a previous report that at around 4:00 p.m. he had physically assaulted his 37-year-old wife in their family home in Kumanovo,” the Ministry of Interior said.
Police added that after the case is fully documented, appropriate charges will be filed against him.
