The weather across North Macedonia today will be sunny and very hot with light to moderate cloud cover, according to the Hydrometeorological Administration.
A light to moderate wind will blow from the west and northwest.
During the afternoon, local instability is expected with heavy rain, thunderstorms, strong winds, and isolated severe storms accompanied by hail.
Morning temperatures will range between 14°C and 22°C, while daytime highs will reach between 34°C and 40°C.
In Kumanovo and the surrounding area, the morning will be mostly sunny, while afternoon hours will bring a chance of thunderstorms and heavy rain.
A light to moderate northerly wind will blow.
Temperatures will range from around 18°C in the morning to a maximum of 34°C.
A yellow weather warning for high temperatures remains in effect.
Monday will again begin sunny and hot, with thunderstorms and rain expected during the afternoon. A light to strong north to northeast wind will occasionally exceed 40 km/h. Temperatures will range from around 17°C to 32°C.
Wednesday will bring a significant cooldown. Skies will remain mostly sunny, but temperatures will drop sharply. A north wind will occasionally reach speeds of nearly 60 km/h. Morning temperatures will fall to around 11°C, while daytime highs will reach only 25°C.
Thursday will be sunny and warm, with a light to moderate north to northwest wind. Temperatures will range between 13°C and 28°C, with rain possible overnight into Friday.
Friday will be partly cloudy with a light to moderate north to northeast wind. Morning temperatures will fall to around 11°C, while the daytime maximum will reach only 18°C.
Saturday will be mostly sunny with a few clouds. A light to moderate north to northwest wind will blow, with temperatures ranging from 11°C to 26°C.
Sunday will once again be sunny and very warm. A light to moderate southeast wind will blow, while temperatures will range from 15°C to 31°C.
Similar changeable weather with temperatures around 30°C is expected to continue into next week.
