A two-year-old child from Kumanovo was hospitalized after being poisoned by paint thinner and was later transferred to clinics in Skopje for further treatment.
According to the Ministry of Interior, “On July 30, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., the Kumanovo General Hospital reported to the Kumanovo Police Department that a two-year-old child from Kumanovo had been admitted after being poisoned by paint thinner.”
After receiving initial medical treatment, the child was transferred to the Mother Teresa Clinical Complex in Skopje for further care, police said.
“Measures are being taken to clarify the circumstances of the case,” the statement added.
