A 56-year-old man from Kumanovo has been arrested after police found that he was riding a moped without holding a valid driver’s license.
According to the Ministry of Interior, police officers from the Kumanovo Police Department arrested T.A. (56) on July 11, 2026, at 12:05 p.m. on Vasko Karangelevski Street in Kumanovo.
During a routine traffic inspection, officers stopped a Yadea moped with Kumanovo registration plates. Following the necessary checks, they determined that the rider did not possess a valid driver’s license.
After the case is fully documented, criminal charges will be filed against him under Article 297-a of the Criminal Code for “reckless driving of a motor vehicle.”
