A 42-year-old man from Kumanovo was arrested overnight on suspicion of assaulting another local resident following a traffic-related dispute.
According to the Ministry of Interior, “On August 1, 2026, at 12:06 a.m., police officers from the Kumanovo Police Department arrested G.V. (42) from Kumanovo.”
Police said he is suspected of physically assaulting A.M. (26) from Kumanovo on Bosanska Street following a previous misunderstanding in traffic.
“He was taken to a police station, and after the case has been fully documented, an appropriate report will be filed against him,” the statement said.
